The 2026 White Marlin Shootout will take place at the Mobile Big Game Fishing Clubs Weigh Dock in Orange Beach, Alabama. For slips at Orange Beach Marina info call (251) 981-4207.
The fun will begin with the Registration & Captain’s Meeting being held at Mobile Big Game Fishing Club at Orange Beach Marina Sunday August 9, 2026 from 5-7.
Boats may fish 3 of 6 days from Monday, August 10 to Saturday, August 15. You may fish 3 consecutive days or pick and choose different days throughout the week.
Boats may leave from any pass in the Gulf of Mexico and lines in will be at 5 a.m. each declared day. The awards will be presented following the weigh-in on Saturday, August 15, 2026.

Rocky Jones, founder of the White Marlin Shootout and long time angler on the billfish tournament scene along the Northern Gulf of Mexico passed away on May 27, 2020.
It’s no secret that Rocky loved the sport of fishing and the good time that surrounded it, but he also loved the people and familes that make the sport what it is today.
